Everything the keeper did

Every 30 minutes the keeper spends 90% of whatever reached the fund wallet on $PBB. Each one lands here with the SOL it spent, the $PBB it got, the price and its signature.

When the hour's average market cap passes a level, a fifth of the fund is split equally. The payout lands here with the number of holders, the share each one got and the recipient list's hash.

A burn only happens under half the base, and never twice inside 7 days. If one ever runs, the amount and the day's average land here with the signature.
